SA Pacific was incorporated in 1999 and was appointed as contractor for Tenaga Nasional Berhad for underground utilities detection works.
Over the years we have expanded our business from power plant services to representing products for power plants and we are also the exclusive distributor for chimney lining products.
SA Pacific is also involved in the manufacturing of components for the LRT project and we are experienced in dealing with large international corporations as well as local based companies.
Other services that we specialize in are the relocation of antenna and we have successfully carried out antenna relocation from Langkawi to Cyberjaya for MEASAT.

Encik Hamdan, graduated from University Malaya in 1990 as a Mechanical Engineer specialising in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in high rise commercial and residential buildings and structural steel works. He started his career with the Steel Division of Hume Industries Sdn. Bhd. in 1990 as a Project Engineer and left 2 years later as an Assistant Production Manager.
Later, he joined Zelleco Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager and carried out structural steel projects and gained valuable knowledge of Steel Engineering during his stint there. Thereafter he was seconded to MRCB to carry out preliminary works for Ipoh - Lumut Expressway, 710 MW combined cycle gas power plant and several others. He is also a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) by training.
Subsequently he joined SA Pacific and has been the Chief Executive Officer since 2003.
Mr. Thatchana graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from University Malaya in 1991 and became a Professional Engineer (Mechanical) in 1996. He began his career as a Design cum Project Engineer with Innovest IBAE Sdn Bhd and KNM Steel Construction Sdn Bhd, manufacturing pressure vessels. He was involved in various Oil & Gas projects in Malaysia, designing pressure vessels based on various stringent requirements and coordinating the manufacturing to ensure prompt delivery to local and international clients. His involvement in projects includes the Petronas Malacca Refinery, expansion work at Industrial Resins Malaysia (a subsidiary of Land of General) and MNLG Dua at Bintulu.
Eventually, he joined Kris Heavy Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd as a Project Manager to manufacture LIM rail for Bombardier’s PUTRA LRT project.
He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at SA Pacific, since its inception in 1999.
Encik Mohamed graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from University Malaya in 1991. He started his career as a Production Engineer at Hicom Yamaha. His 11 year stint has equipped him with excellent knowledge of every aspect in manufacturing motorcycles, including Quality Assurance. Currently he holds a position in a public listed company as Senior Manager in the Entrepreneur Improvement Department. He is involved in cost cutting measures, restructuring and overall operations of various subsidiaries.
In February 2005, he assumed the role of a Director at SA Pacific in charge of auditing all projects, to ensure the deliverables meets client’s specifications and advises on project execution.
